AEI’s chemical milling capacity is maintained with 7-foot wide x 20-foot long x 10-foot deep tanks and is capable of loading parts ranging from body skins to brackets. Our chemical milling solutions are controlled to the strict requirements of Boeing’s BAC5772, Type II, ensuring a surface roughness of 63 micro inches RA is not just achievable…it’s the normal output.
