Chemical Surface Treating and Finish Application

AEI also has the facilities to finish the parts. Aqueous degreasing, vapor degreasing, alkaline cleaning, and deoxidization of aluminum alloys are all in-house processes at AEI. We are certified to apply chemical conversion coatings per MIL-C-5541 and a wide variety of OEM specifications. The Ada, Oklahoma facility operates a phosphoric acid anodize line for metal bond surface prep. We have paint booths totaling over 10,000 square feet of floor space; 5000 square feet are in controlled contamination areas with temperature and humidity control. For corrosion resistant steel parts, pickle and passivate are just another stop on the line.
