CMM Capabilities

AEI has the capability to validate tools and parts on a state-of-our-art, Brown and Sharpe, Delta 4508 Coordinate Measuring Machine. This machine is capable of verifying parts up to 200” long, 100” wide, and 72” in height. The system is linked by an advanced “Cad Bridges” package to our CATIA suite, where analysis of the results can be run on CATIA 4 software. These results can then be submitted to our customers in the form of color-coded diagrams or computer data.
