ToolingAEI has the capability to produce soft tooling, jigs and fixtures for parts ranging from small details up to doors and nacelles. With five CATIA workstations on-line, we can receive a CATIA file from a customer, produce a tool from scratch, or rework tools back to original configuration. Our CMM gives us the power to verify the most complex contour. We build tools for all aspects of sheet metal fabrication. We also build bonded assembly tools for fabrication and assembly of a wide range of OEM parts. Many years of experience in coordinating tooling from both digital data and existing engineering dimensioned drawings and master models gives AEI an tremendous advantage in producing tooling that is functional from the first production units. We merge the use of traditional transit and level technology, with CATIA and CMM data to reduce errors and decrease the time from purchase order to first unit delivery. |
