AEI-RedCross Blood DriveJanuary, 2012AEI’s first blood drive was held on Monday, January 16, 2012. The American Red Cross brought out their bloodmobile and 13 employees took time out of their workday to donate. A pint of blood from one individual can save the lives of three others. The American Red Cross needs more than 38,000 pints of blood a day in order to meet their needs. An average person can donate red blood cells every 56 days. We feel that this blood drive was a success and will plan another in the fall.
